Approach

How engagements are scoped and billed.

We publish the structure rather than the prices, because the price depends on the size of your operation and the scoping call sets it. What does not vary is the shape of the deal and the terms underneath it.

Three models

Most clients use all three, in this order.

  1. Transfer Readiness Diagnostic

    Fixed scope, fixed fee

Priced after a scoping call, invoiced at the start. Fixed regardless of what we find. It is the entry point for almost every engagement, and it is a complete deliverable in its own right.

  2. Fractional AI operations

Monthly fixed fee, initial term then 30 days notice

Ongoing work against the plan the diagnostic produced, with agreed deliverables each month. An initial term gets us far enough to be useful, after which either side can end it with 30 days notice.

  3. Projects

Fixed fee where scope is clear, time and materials where it is not

Discrete builds — a reporting rebuild, an automation, a research brief. Anything genuinely unknown starts as a small time-and-materials discovery so we are not pricing a guess and neither are you.

Always true

Six terms that do not change between clients.

Paperwork

One agreement, then short scopes.

We sign a master services agreement once, before any paid work. After that, each piece of work is a short scope you accept, so you are never re-negotiating the legal terms to get a project moving.

Signed agreements, current scopes, and invoices all live in your client workspace, alongside a plain-language summary of what each one commits both sides to. You should not need a lawyer to remember what you agreed.
