What we do
We are not a marketing agency and not a software reseller. We do the operational work an acquirer would do after buying you, except we do it with you while you still own all of the upside.
01
You keep hearing you should “use AI” and nobody will tell you where it actually pays.
Where AI earns its keep in a home service company and where it is a distraction. Fractional leadership so adoption does not depend on you pushing it through every week.
02
Your software says one thing, your bookkeeper says another, and you trust neither.
Field service software, job costing, and the books reconciled into one story. Last month’s numbers by the fourth, with a KPI set you can actually run the business on.
03
The company works because you are in it, and you would like that to stop being true.
Documented process, defined seats, and decision rights, so the shop runs without you in the middle of it. This is what a buyer discounts you for when it is missing.
04
You are about to make a six-figure decision on a vendor, a market, or an offer.
Market, competitor, buyer, and pricing research on your trades and your territory. A written brief with sources, not a slide deck.
How they fit together
Data first, almost always. AI on top of numbers you do not trust produces confident nonsense, and transfer readiness cannot be documented if nobody agrees what the numbers are. Once the field data and the books tell one story, the other three get much cheaper.
Research is the exception. It stands alone, and it is usually the first thing people buy, because it answers a decision that is already on the table.
The diagnostic exists to tell you which of these you actually need, in what order, and what each is worth doing. Most owners are surprised by at least one item on that list.
Tell us the shop: trades, trucks, markets, and whether you are scaling, selling, or undecided. If we are not the right fit, you will hear it on the first call.
