This site is a set of static pages. It has no contact forms, no analytics or tracking scripts, no advertising pixels, and it sets no cookies. We do not build a profile of you for visiting.

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser user agent. These are used to operate and secure the site and are not used to identify individuals or shared with third parties for marketing.

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. That request is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

We keep your message and contact details so we can reply and maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share enquiry information.

Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to retain it for accounting or legal reasons.

Engagements typically require access to your field service software, accounting records, and operational data. That access is governed by the mutual non-disclosure and confidentiality terms in our master services agreement, which take precedence over this page.

Our standing practice is:

• Least-privilege access. We request the minimum permissions needed and read-only wherever possible.
• Work inside your systems rather than exporting copies of your data, where the platform allows it.
• No client data used to train third-party models, and no client data shared with other clients.
• Access revoked and working copies destroyed at the end of the engagement, on request or by default.
• No publication of your name, numbers, or findings without your written permission.

Where a specific tool or subprocessor is needed to do the work, we will name it before using it on your data.
