Who we serve
We take few engagements at a time, which means being straight about fit early. This page is written to help you disqualify us as much as the other way around.
A good fit
Not a checklist you have to pass. Shops that hit most of these get the most out of the work, and the ones that miss on access or leadership depth tend to struggle regardless of budget.
Not a fit
You want leads
Marketing is a legitimate need and it is not what we do. We will point you at people who are good at it.
One truck, or the owner is the only technician
The work we do assumes there is an organisation to systematise. Below a certain size there is not one yet, and you would be paying us to document a person.
You want somebody to own the problem for you
We build systems your people run. If nobody internally will take ownership of anything we deliver, it will not survive contact with a busy month.
You want a guaranteed multiple
We will not promise one, and the firms that do are not the ones you want handling your data.
The books are not something you are willing to show
Understandable, and disqualifying. Everything useful we do starts from actual numbers.
You are already in a live transaction
If an LOI is signed, you need your lawyer and your adviser, not an operations consultant starting a diagnostic.
The deal room
Bankers, M&A advisors, and private equity firms working with home service platforms: we are usually retained by the owner, and our loyalty runs there. In practice that tends to serve you too, because a prepared seller means faster diligence, fewer surprises, and a cleaner integration. If you have an owner who needs this work done before a process starts, get in touch.
Tell us the shop: trades, trucks, markets, and whether you are scaling, selling, or undecided. If we are not the right fit, you will hear it on the first call.
